UrbanWorks’ President, Patricia Saldaña Natke, spoke at the third annual COLORES Symposium, a 2022 AIA Houston event presented by Latinos in Architecture, celebrating Hispanic heritage, including architecture, art, cuisine, music, and language.
Pat’s keynote presentation “Urban Chroma” discussed UrbanWorks’ projects that capture the spirit of the local Latinx Community here in Chicago. Other presenters included Lorie Westrick, AIA, Principal with RDLR, Houston; Art Chavez, AIA, Senior Principal, Page, Houston; Edgar Medina, visual artist; Flamenco Dancing by Danmar and music and dancing by Ballet Folklorico Herencia Mexicana de Houston and Mariachi Imperial De America.
