We are proud to announce that the new Esperanza Heath Center received the 2024 HACIA PROJECT OF THE YEAR AWARD at the 44th Annual Awards Banquet! Located in Chicago’s Brighton Park neighborhood, this new facility adds to Esperanza’s network that now serves more than 50,000 patients a year across the City of Chicago. The two-story, 43,000-square-foot building offers enhanced medical, behavioral health, senior programs, and a family medicine residency program.
