Senior Associate / Senior Project Manager
Erick brings to UrbanWorks over fourteen years of experience in developing residential, municipal, commercial, and recreational architecture from initial design through project implementation, and construction Management. Serving as Senior Associate / Senior Project Manager, Erick’s comprehensive understanding of construction, materials, and systems is an advantage to the wide range of projects he is developing and administering.
He holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree in Design from the University of Illinois at Chicago, is a Licensed Architect in the State of Illinois and is registered with the National Council of Architectural Boards (NCARB).
Outside the office Erick is an active member of the Association of Licensed Architects, where he frequently attends continuing education seminars. He has been a member and active contributor to the Society of Hispanic Professional Architects – Arquitectos, where he has volunteered as mentor to younger Latino students. Erick also participates in the annual Rebuilding Together program where he donates his time and knowledge of construction to help low-income homeowners make the necessary home repairs, accessibility modifications, and energy efficient upgrades and improve the homeowners living environment.
