Laura Racelis-Paradiso, RA

Consulting Senior Project Architect

Laura Racelis-Paradiso brings more than thirty years of experience at Chicago architecture firms as Project Architect, Project Manager, and Owners Representative. She has worked on a wide variety of typologies, including single- and multi-family residential, schools, universities, hotels, casinos, and theaters. This substantial expertise informs her work as a Consulting Senior Project Architect at UrbanWorks.

Outside the office, when not hiking the Michigan Dunes, Laura is busy restoring a neglected 19th century farmhouse, tractor shed, and property, with the aim of providing a native prairie habitat and woodland sanctuary for birds and animals.

Laura received a Bachelor Science in Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
